nanoWatcher 1.3

nanoWatcher is small ip-monitoring utility for usual users(non-administrators).
This application is designed to monitor different I.P. addresses by constantly pinging them and to alert you whenever a network error occurs. To make sure you are always in the loop, the program will also keep log files that you can check at any time.
